Are consultations done over phone or video?

Our nurses and doctors use both regular phone calls and video calls for consultations.

You will get a link to the Coviu platform in your confirmation email. This platform does not require you to download anything, and clicking the link simply places you in a virtual waiting room.

This lets the nurse or doctor know that you are ready for your appointment, and from there they will initiate either a phone call or a video call with you.

If you would prefer a phone call, please contact us and we will note the request on your patient profile.

Didn't get a link in your confirmation email? The nurse or doctor will simply call you at the scheduled appointment time, so please ensure you have your phone with you and it is set to allow private numbers.
