Why isn't my browser supported?

If you are using an older device or browser to access the Alternaleaf patient portal, you may be shown a message stating that the browser is not supported. We support the below browsers:

• Chrome: Version 87 and up
• Internet Explorer: Version 12 and up
• Edge: Version 88 and up
• Firefox: Version 78 and up
• Safari: Version 12 and up
• Opera: Version 90 and up

If your browser is older than the version listed above, you will need to update your browser before you can access the patient portal. Alternatively, you can access the latest version of most browsers by using a public computer, at a library or internet cafe.

Using a browser not listed above? Unfortunately, you will need to access the patient portal through one of the above browsers.
