How do I book a follow up doctor appointment?

You can book follow up doctor appointments through your patient portal, or by calling us. To book through your patient portal:

1. Login to Circuit and then select “I’m looking to book a follow up consultation.”

2. Select a time that works for you and click to confirm once selected.

3. Enter your payment details if prompted.

You'll receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment, and once the appointment has been completed you will be charged the consultation fee of $59.
