Can I take my script to any chemist?

Due to the regulations set by the TGA, a pharmacy can only dispense your prescriptions if they also have proof of TGA approval. This means you can't just go to any pharmacy with your script.

Your prescriptions and TGA approval are automatically sent to one of our home delivery pharmacies when you are prescribed by the doctor. This allows you to order through Circuit and have your medication delivered to your door.

If you would like to get your medication from a local pharmacy, we can organise a script release. Your prescriptions will be sent to you in e-Script format via SMS and the TGA approval will be forwarded by email to your nominated pharmacy.

Before requesting a script release, we recommend checking that your nominated pharmacy can dispense your medications, and confirming their dispensing fees.
