How do I amend an order?

When your prescriptions are uploaded, an order will be generated automatically. There's no expectation that you will purchase everything at once, and the order can be amended very easily through the patient portal.

1. Login to your Circuit account.

2. Click Refill.

3. Click on 'Amend' for the order you want to change.

4. You can add additional products by clicking the “+Add Item” button, or remove products by pressing the 'X' next to the item line. You can change the quantity of each medication by using the “+” and “-” symbols.
5. Click submit and the order will be updated.

6. Select your preferred payment option and pay.
