How long does TGA approval take?

The Special Access Scheme (SAS) allows health practitioners to request access to unapproved therapeutic goods, such as medical cannabis products.

SAS approvals generally take 3-7 business days to be processed by the TGA, however it depends on how many requests are pending. Once approval has been granted, you will get an email letting you know.
