If your medication is out of stock and you don’t have any alternatives prescribed, we can arrange a replacement script. This is a one-off prescription for an alternative medication, to help get you through until your regular medication is back in stock.
There is no charge for this service, however as the replacement script needs to be authorised by your doctor it may take up to 5 business days for the alternative to be generated.
To request a replacement script, log into the patient portal and click on to 'Refill'. You can then click on 'Check product status' to view the details about the out of stock medication.
If you would prefer to see your doctor, for example if you want to make some changes to your treatment plan, you can book a consultation. If not, click on 'Request alternative product'.
You will be asked to confirm your request.
Once you click on 'Send request' the doctor will be notified, and you will see confirmation of the request.
If you've been waiting for more than 5 business days for a replacement, please contact us.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last consultation, you'll need to have a follow-up appointment and your doctor can organise new scripts for you then.
