What if my order is stolen?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you can't find the package, please check with any other adults living at the premises to see if they signed for the delivery.

Our shipping partners are required to obtain a name and signature on delivery, and in many cases GPS data and dashcam footage can be retrieved from the time of delivery. These security measures make theft unlikely.

If no one in your home signed for the package, please let us know as soon as possible.

Is a police report required?
All stolen order claims will require you to complete a police report. This is because once the package has been marked as delivered, it is considered to be in your possession.

When you report the theft to us, we will request a police report from you, but we will also ask for detailed proof of delivery information from the shipping partner.
