We use both Australia Post and Team Global Express, which means we can deliver all over Australia. All delivery updates will be sent to you through Shippit, which allows you to access up to date tracking.
Australia Post
All deliveries to PO boxes, parcel lockers or parcel collect points will be sent through Australia Post. If you are in an area that Team Global Express does not service, your order will also be sent through Australia Post.
We use Express for all Australia Post deliveries.
Team Global Express
All other deliveries are completed by Team Global Express, which is a courier service that provides fast and reliable delivery.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification advising you of the timeframe for delivery. If you won't be home at the time, you can schedule a redelivery.
If you miss your delivery, your order may be taken to a collection hub. If you can't get to the hub to collect your order, you can request redelivery on a day that suits you.
