Your order needs to go through several steps before it reaches you, and due to the regulations and restrictions on medical cannabis there can sometimes be delays.
From the day your order is paid, you should expect to receive your medication in 5-10 business days.
- Dispensing: 1-2 business days
- Dispatching: 1-2 business days
- Shipping: 1-3 business days
Ordering & Dispensing
Your order is generally dispensed in 1-2 business days. However, as our pharmacies can only stock a small amount of medical cannabis, they may not be able to fill your order right away.
In this situation, we send more stock from the warehouse, which usually reaches the pharmacy in 1-3 business days. Once they have it, they will dispense your order.
When your order is dispensed, the pharmacist labels it accordingly and it can then move to the next step.
Packaging & Dispatching
Once your order is packaged, the shipping label is generated and your order is checked again before being boxed up. The package is labelled and registered with one of our shipping partners for pickup.
All of our pharmacies have a daily pickup scheduled, but the time varies depending on location.
Your order will be collected at the next pickup, usually within 1-2 business days of it being packaged.
Delivery
The final stage is when our shipping partner collects your order and takes it to a sorting depot. The package will be scanned into their system as received, and a tracking email will be sent out to you.
This stage of the process is out of our hands, but if you notice the tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, there are steps you can take to ensure you get your medication as soon as possible.
