Your tracking number is emailed to you from Australia Post, and is also shown in your Circuit account under 'Orders'.
Once your order is marked as dispensed, it will take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be sent. This is because the package needs to be collected and then physically scanned by Australia Post. When this happens, the tracking will be activated and you'll be able to see when your medication is arriving.
If it has been more than 48 hours since your order was marked as dispensed and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us.
